Alpha Zeta Omega is a pharmaceutical fraternity composed of Pharmacists and Undergraduates in Pharmacy, selected on the basis of: character, fellowship, and scholarship. The objectives of the fraternity are to promote the profession of Pharmacy; to develop high standards of Scholarship; to inculcate a spirit of Fellowship amongst all of its members; to bring together a body of professional men and women who, by the diligent maintenance of ethical ideals and faithful service, have proven a credit to their chosen profession; to honor achievement in others; to commend all worthy deeds; to build within our Fraternity a triangle composed of three supporting sides which are peace, friendship, and brotherly love.

The MCPHS University student chapter of the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists exists to educate students about individuals with psychiatric and neurologic illnesses and introduce them to careers and roles in pharmacy involving these illnesses. Additionally, we strive to reduce the stigma associated with these illnesses so that students provide higher quality care to patients with mental illnesses when they graduate.

The Campus Activities Board serves the Manchester campus by providing social events that cross all academic cohort boundaries. Our events are always open to all and our goal is to encourage people to meet new friends from other academic disciplines! Past events include a huge BINGO game, deeply discounted tickets to local events (Paint Bar, amusement park, Rockin' Rib Fest), our very popular International luncheon and family focused events (Harlem Globetrotters, Disney on Ice). We serve the Manchester community through food drives and volunteer activities for Breast Cancer research.
