Annual Student Research Conference
The highlight of the year is the Annual Student Research Conference, during which dozens of student researchers present their work. Peers and faculty advisors provide feedback to help students determine next steps to push their work forward.

Mini Grants
Every year, the Center funds a number of research projects thanks to the generosity of the Provost's office. Grant applications open in late September. Grant awardees also connect with other students interested in research opportunities to share their strategies for connecting with mentors, submitting applications, and answer questions.

Speaker Series
Guests are invited to all three campuses to share their research journeys. The entire MCPHS Community is invited to join virtually.

Institutional Repository
Student works submitted to the Center are catalogued and added to an institutional collection.

The DEI team aims to intentionally create a vibrantly diverse campus where students, faculty, staff, and other members of our community feel connected, respected, accepted, and valued. We accomplish this by appreciating diversity, exploring social justice issues, celebrating traditions, cultivating identities, supporting academic success, and developing leadership capacity. By celebrating our similarities and differences, we prepare students as current and future leaders, thinkers, and representatives of MCPHS – giving them the tools they need to be transformative in an increasingly global world.

Working group members will be selected by the DEI team from among students and employees who express interest in participating. Employees will need approval from their supervisors after consideration of factors such as workload. In general, membership will reflect a diverse mix of students and employees representing different program areas, campuses, and statuses within the University. There will be plenty of opportunities to assist with the DEI team’s work and implementation, regardless of membership.

The DEI team reports to President Rick Lessard and Provost Caroline Zeind.

The Office of Student Access and Accommodations (OSAA) is a part of the Division of Student Affairs and provides accommodations to students across all MCPHS campuses (Manchester, Boston and Worcester) and online.
