The purpose of the Catholic Student Association (CSA) is to reach out to Catholic Students on campus and to provide them with a sense of Catholic community that fosters spiritual growth and deepens their faith and understanding of Catholic teaching. In addition, students of all faiths are always welcome. CSA provides a Catholic community for students at MCPHS University by promoting events on campus run by the CSA. We also look to collaborate with other faith-based organizations to have joint events. The Center for Health Humanities (CHH) at MCPHS is a community of educators and scholars that explores and promotes opportunities for the study, development, and application of the humanities as they relate to:

You can’t be a good clinician without understanding basic concepts of humanism. That credo was the impetus for launching the Center for Health Humanities (CHH). The highlight of the year is the Annual Student Research Conference, during which dozens of student researchers present their work. Peers and faculty advisors provide feedback to help students determine next steps to push their work forward.

Mini Grants
Every year, the Center funds a number of research projects thanks to the generosity of the Provost's office. Grant applications open in late September. Grant awardees also connect with other students interested in research opportunities to share their strategies for connecting with mentors, submitting applications, and answer questions.

The Coptic Orthodox Student Fellowship (COSF) is dedicated to uniting Coptic students, as well as individuals from all faith backgrounds, in a spirit of fellowship and service. students, regardless of major or minor. Students do not need to pursue a degree in public health to

organization at any time during the academic year.
To promote active engagement, voting privileges are granted to members who meet the following
criteria:
• Must have been a member of PHSA for at least one full academic year

Voting privileges may be revoked if a member does not meet the minimum participation requirements.

Quoting from the first Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Dance Marathon's mission statement: “We dance for those who can't.” The MCPHS Dance Marathon hopes to work together as a community to improve healthcare for future generations.
As hospitals rely on funding for their operations, children's hospitals are also reliant on donations and community support to ensure the best health care for the little ones. Dance Marathon, also known as Miracle Network Dance Marathon, is a non-profit organization promoting student-led movement across the United States and Canada to raise funds within the community for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Schools are assigned to local hospitals based on their location. All the donations would go directly to the assigned local hospital to fund critical life-saving treatments and healthcare services, innovative research, and child life services that put kids’ and families’ minds at ease during difficult hospital stays and financial assistance for families who could not otherwise afford these health services. The purpose of opening a chapter of Dance Marathon at MCPHS, a healthcare school, is to aid children's health by raising essential awareness and funds for local hospitals for children in need.

The Student Academy of the American Academy of Physician Assistants is a unique part of AAPA, established in 1978 with its own bylaws, a Student Board of Directors, and a legislative and policy-making body.
