Harvest Ball 2026

Come one, come all, to one of the biggest events on the Boston campus - Harvest Ball! A night of elegance, class, and opulence, all under the theme of Black Swan- Tchaikovsky's masterpiece meeting its glory within the dark shadow we all carry - a night you simply will not forget!

The Cardinal Activities Board's largest & most extravagant traditional event of the year is back at one of Boston's most historic hotels; the Hilton Boston Park Plaza!

This event is open to Boston students only, and 1 guest per student.


Ticket Sales & Information
Tickets are on-sale Friday, October 2 at 10pm through Friday, October 30 at 11:59pm or until sold out!

MCPHS students may bring a non-MCPHS guest to this event as long as the appropriate ticket is purchased.

Ticket Price for MCPHS Boston students: $25
Ticket Price for Non-MCPHS students: $45

Guest tickets must be accompanied by a MCPHS student in order to attend.

Transportation is not provided. The Park Plaza is accessible via the MBTA Green Line.


7-8pm: 3-course plated dinner which includes a starter salad, an entree, and dessert.

Entree choice will be available in your ticket purchase.

Cavatelli Pasta with Spinach, Oven-Dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms: GF noodles upon request & Vegan

Lemon Panko Crusted Cod with whipped potatoes, green beans, and a dill cream sauce

18 Hour braised Boneless Short Ribs with mushroom risotto, asparagus, and a red wine reduction

8-11pm: DJ, dancing, and multiple photo/video opportunities

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
When does registration ticketing for the event begin?
Registration / ticket sales begin on Friday, October 2 at 10pm and will end on Friday October 30, at 11:59pm or until sold out! Tickets are first-come, first-serve. You must reserve and purchase your tickets either credit or debit card. Each paid ticket will have a service fee upon payment.

Is there a limit on tickets?
Yes, MCPHS students may purchase up to 2 tickets max. (1 student and 1 non-MCPHS guest). If students purchase more than the allowed number of tickets, they will be refunded.

Can I receive a refund?
Refunds may only be given through Monday, November 2, at 11:59pm.

What food will be available?
There will be a plated 3-course meal as noted above. You and or your guest will choose your dinner option when purchasing your ticket(s). If you have any allergies, please note that on your ticket order form as requested.

Is there alcohol?
There will be cash bars at the Park Plaza which students and guests that are over 21 are able to purchase. If you wish to purchase alcohol and are over the age of 21, you MUST bring a state ID or passport to the event. It is at the discretion of the Park Plaza if you will be served. Please note, all non-alcoholic beverages are included in your ticket price.

Is transportation provided? Is parking nearby?
Transportation is not provided. There are parking garages near the Park Plaza, and the event location is very easily accessible by the MBTA transit system as well! MCPHS does not pay for, or reimburse for, parking.


What type of bag can I bring?
Students are able to bring purses and small bags to the event. No backpacks, duffel bags, or large bags will be permitted to the event. The Hilton Boston Park Plaza security will be conducting bag checks when you arrive at the Park Plaza as well.

CENTER FOR CAMPUS LIFE POLICIES

TICKET POLICY
MCPHS students may only purchase up to 2 tickets for this event. 1 MCPHS Student Ticket, and 1 Guest ticket. If students purchase more than the allowed number of tickets, they will be refunded.


Refunds are will only be applicable for this event until November 2, 2026, per request via email to cab-bos@stu.mcphs.edu. Tickets are on a first-come, first-serve basis.


WAIVER POLICY
For any University-sponsored off-campus trip, all students participating must have a waiver signed. Any student who is under 18 years of age will need a parent/guardian called for permission to attend the event/activity. Waivers must be completed and submitted to the Center for Campus Life in Boston at least 24 hours before the event.
